1. This is to inform that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of M M Forgings Limited will be held on Monday, 05 February 2018 to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31 December 2017.
2. This is for the information of all the 'specified persons' that Trading Window shall remain closed from 01 February 2018 to 09 February 2018 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of approval of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31 December 2017 for the Board Meeting to be convened on 05 February 2018. Thus, 'specified persons' are prohibited from trading in the Company's equity shares during the said period.
