E-Land Apparel Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2016, inter alia;

- To consider and adopt the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016.

Further, in view of ensuing Board Meeting and as per Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, the "Trading Window" in respect of dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors/Officers/Designated Employees/Connected Persons and their relatives with effect from November 07, 2016 till November 16, 2016 (both days inclusive).
