| Exchange Disseminated Time 12/05/2016 17:07:45 | Panacea Biotec Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter / Financial Year ended March 31, 2016.
Further, in view of inadequate profits / losses, the Board may not be able to recommend any dividend in the Board Meeting.
Further, pursuant to the provisions of Regulations 30 & 51 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons including promoters, directors, key managerial personnel and designated employees of the Company from May 13, 2016 and will reopen 48 hours after the results for the Quarter / Financial Year ended March 31, 2016 are made public in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. |
