| Exchange Disseminated Time | Ruchi Soya Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 22, 2014, inter alia, has approved a joint venture (JV) with DJ Hendrick International Inc., Canada and KMDI International Ltd., Japan. The Board has approved incorporation of a JV Company, which will be engaged in developing and commercializing specialty soyabean seeds having high yield, protein, oil content and other nutritional values. The Company will hold 55% stake in the JV.
In this regard, the Company has issued a Press Release dated February 22, 2014 titled "Ruchi Soya set to revolutionize soyabean production in India". |
