| Exchange Disseminated Time | Arvind Ltd has informed BSE that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company vide its Resolution dated May 23, 2014, has granted 10,50,000 (Ten Lac Fifty Thousand) stock options to certain eligible employees of the Company under "Grant - May 2014" pursuant Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2008 (ESOS 2008). In terms of the ESOS 2008, one stock grant represents one equity share of the Company. The stock grant shall vest in the employees on April 30, 2019 or as may be determined by the Company.
The eligible employees shall be entitled to exercise the options vested in them, within three years from the date of vesting. |
