"The Company has received Four Nos. of Letters of Acceptances (LOAs) as under :-
(i) LOA NO.GWIL/NC26/LOA/2033 of 2011 dated 05.11.2011 from Gujarat Water Infrastructure Ltd. (GWIL) a Govt. of Gujarat Undertaking, Gandhinagar, towards contract for Providing, Supplying, lowering, laying, jointing and commissioning of bulk water transmission main 2300 mm dia (FID), 14 mm thick M.S.Pipe line from Dhanki to Navada from ch.0.0 to ch 42.400 km near Ahmedabad-Rajkot Highway (N.H.8A) including civil and Electro mechanical works with 5 (five) years O&M for a value of Rs. 267.21 Crs ( Rupees Two hundred sixty seven crores twentyone lacs only).
(ii) LOA NO.GWIL/NC-32/2035/LOA/2011 dated 05.11.2011 from Gujarat Water Infrastructure Ltd. (GWIL) a Govt. of Gujarat Undertaking, Gandhinagar, towards contract for Providing, Supplying, lowering, laying, jointing and commissioning of bulk water transmission main 2400 mm dia (FID), 16 mm thick M.S.Pipe line from Dhanki to Dudhreaj from ch. 0.0 to ch 33.50 km including civil and Electro mechanical works with 5 (five) years O&M for a value of Rs. 246.07 Crs ( Rupees Two hundred forty six crores seven lacs only.
(iii) LOA No.ACE/BSL/DTU/153/2011-12/1538 dated 12.08.2011 from Public Health Engineering Department, Jaipur for work of RWSS of 153 Villages and their dhanies from Malpura, Mor and Pachewar head works on TM-I under Bisalpur Dudu Water Supply Project on single responsibility lump sum basis and O&M for 10 years, for a value of Rs. 79.02 Crs( Rupees Seventy nine crores two lacs only).
(iv) LOA No. RVPN/SE(400 Kv Purchase)/XEN(str)/TN-289/D-565 dated 23.09.2011 for Supply and Service Contract towards Construction of 400 KV D/C twin ACSR Moose line from Proposed 400 KV substation Chittorgarh to 400 KV Substation Bhilwara against Specification No.RVPN/EHV/TN-289 from Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited/ Jaipur for a value of Rs. 24.42 Crs. (Rupees Twenty Four Crores forty two Lacs only)." |
