These shares shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects. In this allotment, 55,750 equity shares are allotted to Mr. Chaitanya Kamat, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. With this allotment, the paid up capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 425,968,200.00 divided into 85,193,640 equity shares of face value of Rs.5/- each. |
