Allotted equity shares of Rs. 10/- each issued by capitalization of reserve and distributed as fully paid-up bonus shares in the ratio of 3:5 i.e three equity share for every five equity share held to those shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members / Register of Beneficiaries as on May 27, 2015 (the record date). |
