With reference to the captioned subject and pursuant to regulation 29, read with Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we inform to you that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 14th November, 2017 at the registered Office of the Company, inter alia to approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th September, 2017 and to consider the other matter, if any.
