| Exchange Disseminated Time | Banaras Beads Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 05, 2010, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2010 and Profit and Loss Account for the yeas ended on that date and the Reports of Directors and Auditors thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Shri. Ashok Kapoor Kumar, as Director of the Company.
3. Appointment of the retiring Auditor M/s. Kamal Kishore & Co. Chartered Accountants as Auditors of the Company till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, on remuneration terms & conditions.
4. Appointment of Shri. Siddharth Gupta, as a Director of the Company.
5. Appointment of Mr. Siddharth Gupta as Executive Director / Whole Time Director of the Company for period of five years w.e.f. July 08, 2010, on remuneration terms & conditions. |
