| Exchange Disseminated Time 22/08/2016 17:22:59 | With reference to the earlier letter dated February 04, 2016 regarding signing of agreement with Reliance Infrastructure Limited (RIL) for acquisition of its entire cement business by way of acquiring all the shares of Reliance Cement Company Private Limited (RCCPL).
Birla Corporation Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company has acquired 100% equity shares of RCCPL from RIL. Consequent to the said acquisition of shares, RCCPL has become a wholly owned material subsidiary of Birla Corporation Limited. |
