| Exchange Disseminated Time | Alpine Housing Development Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2009, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adopt the Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Account, Director’s Report and Auditors
Report for the year ended March 31, 2009.
2. Mr. G H Satyanarayana Gupta & Mr. Syed Mohammed Mohsin, who retires by rotation and being eligible for reappointment is hereby elected as Directors of the Company.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. Rao & Venkatesulu, Chartered Accountants, Bangalore as Statutory Auditors of the Company, in term of section 224 (1B) of the Companies Act, 1956 to hold the office of the auditors from conclusion of this meeting to the next annual general meeting of the Company.
4. Re-appointment of Mr. S A Rasheed, as Whole Time Director of the Company with effect from March 01, 2009 for a period of five years and he is not liable to retire by rotation on the remuneration, terms and conditions.
5.Appointment of Mr. V Karthick as Director of the Company, whose office shall be subject to retirement by rotation. |
