1. Adoption of Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2010 and the Profit and Loss account for the year ended on that date together with the reports of the Director's and Auditors thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. S. Nandakumar as Director.
3. Re-appointment of Dr. Anji Raju as Director.
4. Re-appointment of Dr. Jyoti Raju as Director.
5. Appointment of GMK associates as Auditors.
