    With reference to the captioned matter, the Exchange is hereby informed that a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 23rd January, 2018, inter alia, to consider and approve the Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months period ended 31st December, 2017.
