1. Mr. Jayampathi Divale Bandaranayake, Non-Executive Director has resigned from the Board with effect from April 15, 2010 and in his place Mr. Peter Garneau Henriques has been appointed as a Non Executive Director with effect from April 15, 2010 as British American tobacco group nominee.
2. Air Chief Marshal I.H. Latif (Retd.) has resigned from the Board as Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from the close of business on April 15, 2010. |
