Further, as per Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the window for trading in V-Guard shares by specified employees of V-Guard Industries Ltd. will be closed from the opening of business in stock exchanges on July 05, 2016. Trading will be resumed from July 29, 2016 onwards, on opening of business in Stock Exchange.
