| Exchange Disseminated Time 22/06/2016 16:04:59 | AXIS Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on July 21, 2016 and July 22, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter ending June 30, 2016 (Q1), subject to a limited review by the Statutory Auditors of the Bank.
Further note that, the said results will be disclosed to the Stock Exchanges after conclusion of the said meeting on July 22, 2016, in accordance with the Listing Regulations. Thereafter, the Bank will be holding conference calls with the Analysts with regard to the said results.
Further, the restricted trading window (blackout period) for dealing in shares / securities of the Bank will commence from July 01, 2016 and will continue up to July 24, 2016 (both days inclusive), in terms of the "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders - April 2016" formulated and adopted by the Bank, in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. |
