Further, in terms of the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders adopted by the Company pursuant to the SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the Equity shares of the Company will remain closed from August 05, 2015 to August 14, 2015 (both days inclusive) for directors and designated employees as defined in the code. |
