| Exchange Disseminated Time | Magma Fincorp Ltd has informed BSE that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Board of Directors of the Company which has been authorised in this regard, at their meeting held on February 03, 2015 have approved grant of 6,50,000 Restricted Stock Options ("Awards") to the eligible employees of the Company under the Magma Restricted Stock Option Plan 2014 (MRSO Plan 2014).
The grant of the above Awards is in line with SEBI (Employee Stock Option Scheme and Employee Stock Purchase Scheme) Guidelines, 1999 as amended from time to time. |
