| Exchange Disseminated Time 02/02/2017 14:11:13 | Keerthi Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 11, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.
Further, the 'Trading window' for trading in the securities of the Company, shall remain close from February 02, 2017 to February 14, 2017, (both days inclusive) in pursuance of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
Accordingly, all insiders (including Directors/their relatives and Designated Employees) are hereby directed not to deal in shares of the Company during the period of closure of Trading Window as stated above. |
