| Exchange Disseminated Time | GI Engineering Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 30, 2012, have allotted 70,00,000 Redeemable Cumulative Preference Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each to M/s. Genesys International Corporation Limited aggregating to Rs. 7,00,00,000/-. The issue of the same had been approved vide Special Resolution passed at the Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company dated September 22, 2011.
Pursuant to the above allotment, the current paid up capital of the Company w.e.f. March 30, 2012 is as follows:
- 86,11,878 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each: Rs. 8,61,18,780/-.
- 70,00,000 Redeemable Cumulative Preference Shares of Rs. 10/- each Rs. 7,00,00,000/-. |
