| Exchange Disseminated Time | Sanwaria Agro Oils Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 14, 2015, inter alia, to consideration the following Agenda Items:
- To consider and adopt the Unaudited Financial Result for the third Quarter ended December 31, 2014.
Further, pursuant to provisions Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, and as per the terms of code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading of the company, the trading window shall remain closed from February 13, 2015 upto a period of 24 hours after the date on which the unaudited financial results for the IV quarter ending December 31, 2014 is submitted to the stock exchange for directors and designated employees as defined in the code. |
