1. Took note of disclosures of Interest by Directors under section 184 of the Companies Act, 2013.
2. Took note of the declaration by Directors pursuant to section 164 of the Companies Act, 2013.
3. Authorisation to Managing Director and Company Secretary of the Company to file and submit form NBS-9 for NBFCs-ND with Reserve Bank of India to comply with the yearly compliance of RBI.
4. Authorisation to Directors and Company secretary of the Company to submit all necessary certificates and documents with RBI to comply with other provisions and requirements.
5. Authorisation to Director's and Company Secretary of the Company and to Practicing Professional to file and submit all necessary e-forms as and when required time to time with Registrar of Companies, NCT Delhi & Haryana. |
