1. The Unaudited Financial Results Standalone and Consolidated for the quarter ended September 30, 2016 along with Limited Review Report on the same.
2. To fix remuneration of Auditors.
3. To confirm the resignation of Mr. N.C. Sharma as a Director of the Company.
4. To take Note on Compliance on Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements Regulation 2015 for the quarter ended September 30, 2016.
5. To take note on Status of Minutes of Committees Meeting held and Statutory Registers.
6. Further, pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed from October 29, 2016 to November 13, 2016 (both days inclusive) for Directors and Designated Employees as defined in the Code. |
