He will be relieved from his duties on October 23, 2017 (closing business hours). The announcement of appointment of the successor to Mr. Vivek Khanna shall be made in the due course. Till then, Mr. Benoy Roychowdhury, Whole-time Director shall oversee the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
In connection with above, pursuant to the 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders' of the Company, the Trading Window will be closed from Friday, September 29, 2017 to Saturday, September 30, 2017 (both days inclusive).
