3. Accepted the resignation of Mr. A.V. Lodha as a Director of the Company w.e.f. November 07, 2015;
4. Decided to Shifting of registered office from Kolkata to Gurgaon;
5. Appointed M/s. Surinder Vashishtha & Associates as a Secretarial Auditor of the Company w.e.f. November 07, 2015;
6. Not recommended any dividend for the financial year 2015-16;
