| Exchange Disseminated Time | HB Stockholdings Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 06, 2013, constituted a Business Restructuring Committee (BRC) of the Board to take various decisions towards the Restructuring of the existing Business and to take prompt action. The following shall be the members of the Committee.
1. Mr. Gulshan Rai ( Chairman )
2. Mr. P K Mittal ( Director )
3. Mr. Anil Goyal ( Director )
The said Committee shall explore the various options in order to align and re organize the existing business through merger, demerger, reverse merger etc. as permitted by the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956, Income Tax Act, 1961 and other enactment or Rules / Regulations available. The terms and conditions of the Committee shall be as may be decided by the Board from time to time. |
