Further among other item of agenda, the notice of postal ballot/e-voting for taking approval of shareholders regarding increase in authorized share capital and appointment of Statutory Auditor in case of casual vacancy will be approved on the said board meeting. The Board has already approved the resolutions regarding these two agenda items subject to approval of shareholders at its board meeting held on April 24, 2014. |
