| Exchange Disseminated Time | Vama Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following:
1. Financial Statements for the financial year ended March 31 2015,
2. Statement of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015 as required under clause 41 of the listing agreement.
Further, the “Vama’s code of internal procedures and conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders”, the Trading Window for dealing / trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from May 20, 2015, and will reopen on June 03, 2015. |
