| Exchange Disseminated Time | Creative Eye Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 23, 2014 to September 30, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 30, 2014.
The Cut-Off date will be August 22, 2014 to record the entitlement of the shareholders to cast their vote electronically at the ensuing AGM by electronic means under the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made there under. |
