The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company at its Meeting held on May 07, 2014 has granted 6,60,750 Employee Stock Options under 'Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited - Employees' Stock Option Scheme - V at Rs. 112.05 per stock option. |
