| Exchange Disseminated Time | Genus Power Infrastructures Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement as approved by the High Court, the Company is required to issue and allot 24 equity shares of Re. 1/- each for every 100 equity shares of Re. 1/- each to the member of Genus Paper Products Ltd (GPPL) whose name is recorded in the register of members of GPPL as holding equity shares on the Specified Date.
Accordingly, the Restructuring Committee in its meeting held on December 18, 2013, has issued and allotted 9,77,19,120 equity shares of the Company to the shareholders of GPPL, whose name is recorded in the register of members of GPPL as holding equity shares on the Specified Date i.e. December 17, 2013, The issued and paid up share capital of the Company now stands increased by 9,77,19,120 equity shares i.e. from 15,89,06,820 equity shares to 25,66,25,940 equity shares of Re. 1/- each. |
