| Exchange Disseminated Time | Byke Hospitality Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2015, inter alia, has considered and transacted the following business:
1. The Board has considered and recommended the Final Dividend @10% i.e. Re. 1.00/- per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 201 5 subject to the shareholders’ approval in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
2. The Board has formulated and approved the Code of conduct for regulating, monitoring & reporting trading by insiders and Code of Practices and proceed tires for Fair disclosure of Unpublished price sensitive Information as required under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider trading Regulations), 2015. This code of conduct will he placed on the website of the Company.
3. The Board has considered and approved appointment of Mrs. Sudha Bhushan and Mr. Vikash Agarwal as Additional Directors of the Company. |
