| Exchange Disseminated Time | Nitesh Estates Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 28, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Annual Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.
Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and in accordance with the Clause 3 of Code of Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from the opening of trading hours on May 04, 2015 till the close of trading hours on May 29, 2015 (Both days inclusive) for all the Directors / Officers / designated employees of the Company. |
