    The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company vide its circular resolution dated 20 March 2017, has approved the Allotment of 7,634 Equity Shares of Rs.2/- each to eligible employee(s) under the FLFL Employee Stock Option Scheme 2013 (FLFL ESOS - 2013) of the Company. Post allotment, the Paid-up Share Capital of the Company stands increased from Rs.38,00,11,644/- divided into 19,00,05,822 Equity Shares of Rs.2/- each to Rs.38,00,26,912/- divided into 19,00,13,456 Equity Shares of Rs.2/- each.
