In terms of the Code of Conduct of the Company for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders (“the Code”), the Trading Window for transactions in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from November 09, 2016 to November 21, 2016 (both days Inclusive), inter alia, for the purpose of announcement of aforesaid Unaudited Financial Results by the Company. |
