| Exchange Received Time 29/05/2017 16:58:05 Exchange Disseminated Time 29/05/2017 16:58:09 Time Taken 00:00:04 | Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III and Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015, we had uploaded the Audited Financial Results for the Year ended 31st March, 2017 as approved by the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 27th May, 2017.
However, inadvertently there was typographical error in the figures of Reserves excluding Revaluation Reserve as shown in the Audited Financial Results in Columns (Year ended 31-03-2017 & Year ended 31-03-2016) under Consolidated, in uploaded results. Therefore the corrected results for the Year ended 31st March, 2017 are being attached herewith.
