Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the window for trading in the shares of the Company shall remain close from May 21, 2016 to June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive) in view of the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 31, 2016 to consider and approve the audited financial result for the quarter/year ended on March 31, 2016.
All the designated persons already advised to not to deal in the shares and securities of the Company during this period. |
