1. Appointment of Mr. Manas Kumar Nag as Nominee Director of State Bank of India.
2. Appointment of Mr. Manoj Kumar Digga as Wholetime Director designated as Director (Finance) & Chief Financial Officer of the Company for a period of 3 (three) years w.e.f. August 14, 2015.
Further, Mr. Digga will continue to be the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. |
