Varma and Varma, Chartered Accountants, Kochi.
Further, as per Company’s Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations,2015 the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company by the Directors and designated Employees of the Company shall remain closed from July 11, 2016 to July 22, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
