Shyam Sunder & Associates, Chartered Accountants, the Statutory Auditors' for the year 2013-14 resigned from the said office. The Company Board therefore convened an Extra Ordinary General Meeting of members of the Company on April 18, 2014 and in the said meeting members appointed M/s. Dharmesh Parikh and Co., Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad as Statutory Auditors of the Company for the year 2013-14 to fill the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of M/s. Shyam Sunder & Associates, Chartered Accountants. Further, M/s. Dharmesh Parikh and Co., Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad will hold office till conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting. |
