| Exchange Disseminated Time | Munoth Investments Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 04, 2006, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Balance Sheet of the Company as at March 31, 2006 and the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended as on that date together with the Report of the Auditors and the Directors thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. Bharat Munoth and Mr. V Sankaran as Directors of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. Kumbhat & Co., Chartered Accountants, as an Auditor of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this meeting till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company on remuneration, terms and conditions. |
