| Exchange Disseminated Time 08/11/2016 15:45:59 | | Ambika Cotton Mills Ltd has informed BSE that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company convened on November 11, 2016, for considering and taking on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter/Six Months ended September 30, 2016, it is also proposed to consider the proposal for buyback of equity shares of the Company in compliance with the provisions of Sections 68, 69, 70 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder and Regulation 15 (Chapter IV ) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Buy-back of Securities) Regulations, 1998. This is in addition to the notice to the stock exchanges dated November 03, 2016. |
