In continuation to our earlier communication bearing ref. no. OMAX/STEX/2017-18/20 dated 29.06.2017, it is informed that w.e.f. today, the Company has retrenched 215 workers of its Dharuhera Plant situated at 69th K.M. Stone, Dharuhera, Rewari, in terms of approval received from the Authority.
The Other information in terms of continuous disclosure requirements as per SEBI circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 has already been provided in our earlier communication.
