1. The sitting fees to be paid to the non-executive directors for attending the Board Meeting and Committee Meetings.
2. The appointment of and remuneration to be paid to Mr. K R N Moorthy as Deputy Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. October 01, 2007.
3. Taking the approval of the shareholders of the Company through Postal Ballot for the appointment of and remuneration to be paid to Mr. K R N Moorthy as Deputy Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. October 01, 2007.
4. The remuneration to be paid to Mr. K Chandran as Whole-time Director the Company w.e.f. September 01, 2007. |
