| Exchange Disseminated Time | Magma Fincorp Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 01, 2015 has taken on record the relinquishment of the office of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer by Mr. Kailash Baheti w.e.f. close of business hours on August 01, 2015. However, he will continue to be the Chief Strategy Officer of the Company.
Further, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company the Board of Directors has appointed Ms. Shabnum Zaman presently designated as Deputy Company Secretary of the Company as the Company Secretary of the Company and Compliance Officer for Stock Exchange purpose with effect from August 02, 2015. |
