| Exchange Received Time 03/01/2018 11:54:04 Exchange Disseminated Time 03/01/2018 11:54:12 Time Taken 00:00:08 | This is to bring to the notice of Stock Exchanges that with effect from December 28, 2017 pursuant to information received from the promoters, two companies will be included in the Promoter & Promoter Group of Tanla Solutions Limited pursuant to regulation 2(zb)(iv)(A) of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009.
Pursuant to acquisition of these two companies by the promoters, which together hold 6,20,000 equity shares of Tanla Solutions Limited, shareholding percentage of Promoter & Promoter Group will increase by 4.94% for the financial year 2017-18 and pursuant to which, Promoter & Promoter Group stake in Tanla Solutions Limited will increase from 30.08% to 30.63% of the capital base.
