| Exchange Disseminated Time | Jumbo Bag Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 14, 2014, has transacted the following:
- The Company's unaudited financial results for the third quarter could not be adopted consequent to the disturbances caused by fire accident and strike and it was not possible for the Company to quantify the loss amount at a short period post the above-mentioned disturbances. The intimation of the same has already been sent to the stock exchanges vide letter dated November 24, 2013 and December 27, 2013 respectively. A circular resolution was passed by the Board of Directors on February 10, 2014 approving the Company to apply for extension for declaring the financial with the stock exchanges and the same was done on February 10, 2014. The said circular resolution was confirmed by the Board at its meeting on February 14, 2014. The Company will announce the date for declaring the unaudited results at the earliest. |
