| Exchange Disseminated Time | Shree Rama Multi Tech Ltd has informed BSE that the outcome of the following meetings, which were called in accordance with the direction of Gujarat High Court for the
purpose of approval of Composite Scheme of Arrangement and Compromise between the
Company and its Lenders and Shareholders in the matter of Company Application No.403 of 2007:
1. The meeting of the Equity Shareholders of the Company was duly held on October 26, 2007 and the said meeting has been adjourned to at a later date as per the result of the poll conducted during the meeting. The new date of the said meeting will be informed to in due course of time.
2. The meeting of the Preference Shareholder was duly held on October 27, 2007 and the said meeting has been adjourned to at a later date unanimously. The new date of the said meeting will be informed in due course of time.
3. The meeting of the Class 'A' Lenders of the Company was duly held on October 27, 2007 and the said meeting has been adjourned to at a later date unanimously. The new date of the said meeting will be informed in due course of time.
4. The meeting of the Class 'B' Lenders of the Company was duly held on October 27, 2007 and the said meeting has been adjourned to at a later date unanimously. The new date of the said meeting will be informed in due course of time.
5. The meeting of the Class 'C' Lenders of the Company was duly held on October 27, 2007 and the said meeting has been adjourned to at a later date unanimously. The new date the said meeting will be informed in due course of time.
Further the Company has informed that, further course of action in this matter will be taken as per direction of the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat. |
