| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier letter dated May 04, 2015 informing about the SEBI letter /directive dated April 27, 2015 advising the Company to restate the financial results for the financial year 2012-13 & 2013-14 and give effect of these restatement adjustments in the annual accounts of the financial year 2014-15 as a prior period item in terms of SEBI Circular dated August 13, 2012 read with SEBI Circular dated June 06, 2013.
In this regard, Ashima Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has filed an appeal with Securities Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai (SAT) against the said SEBI Order dated April 27, 2015. The Hon’ble SAT, after considering the circumstances of the case, was pleased to pass an order on May 11, 2015 whereby the Qualified Audit Review Committee (QARC) of SEBI would reconsider the case of the Company within a period of 4 weeks and the Company would be at liberty to make fresh written submissions. The Hon’ble SAT has also granted a time upto June 30, 2015 inter alia to publish financial results under the Listing Agreement. |
